Game Play Warranty
We want you to be completely satisfied with every product that you purchase from us. Due to the nature of materials, although rare, breakage may occur. If our product fails within 30 days of purchase during normal game play, we will replace the exact same product that you ordered within 30 days. Normal shipping and handling charges will apply unless alternative means of shipping have been made. Due to the unknown game play properties of our Specialty Shafts, this warranty does not currently apply, but it may in the future.
How to Exchange Your Shaft
The instructions below are designed to expedite the return of your merchandise. Each of the steps below must be followed in order for Lee Lacrosse to provide you with a satisfactory experience.
Return by mail...
• Place the item securely in the original package if possible.
• Include all paperwork
• Include the following address for returns on the envelope
• Include your return address on the envelope
• Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
• Please don't send C.O.D.-we can't accept it
